1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Booking is easy! Simply select your desired session from the booking page, choose an available date and time, and complete the booking form. A retainer is required to secure your session, and you’ll receive an automatic confirmation once your booking is complete.

2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Yes! Packages are flexible and can be customized to better fit your specific needs. Whether you’re looking for additional time, extra images, multiple locations, or add-ons like drone photography or branding usage, we can tailor a session that works for you.
If you’re unsure which package to choose, feel free to reach out before booking and I’ll help you select or customize the option that best fits your goals.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Turnaround time varies by session type, but most galleries are delivered within 7–14 days after your session. Real estate sessions are typically delivered faster to meet listing timelines.
All final images are delivered through a private Pixieset online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your photos. Rush delivery is available upon request and subject to availability. A rush fee will apply depending on the session type and turnaround requested. Rush services are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
4. How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?
Before your session, I recommend choosing outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your personal style. Neutral tones, soft textures, and coordinated colors tend to photograph beautifully, while busy patterns and logos are best avoided.
Get plenty of rest, hydrate, and arrive a few minutes early so we can start relaxed and on time. If you’re unsure about outfit choices or have specific ideas, you’re always welcome to reach out—I’m happy to help you prepare and feel confident going into your session.
5. How many products can be photographed during a product photography session?
The number of products photographed depends on the session length, styling complexity, and whether the images are product-only or lifestyle-based with models. Most sessions are planned around a set number of products to ensure each item is styled and photographed with care.
If you have multiple products or variations, we can discuss your goals ahead of time and choose a package—or customize a session—that best fits your needs.
6. What usage rights are included with my photos?
All sessions include a personal-use license, allowing you to download, share, and print your images for personal use. Commercial or branding sessions include usage rights appropriate for marketing and business promotion unless otherwise stated.
If you need extended or exclusive licensing, this can be added to your package—just let me know your intended use and I’ll guide you through the best option.
7. Do you travel for photography sessions?
Yes! I’m available for travel depending on location and session type. Sessions within my local service area do not require a travel fee. For locations outside of this area, a travel fee may apply to cover time and expenses.
If you’re interested in booking a session outside the local area, please reach out with the location details and I’ll be happy to provide a custom travel quote.
8. What if I need to reschedule my session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours’ notice can be moved to the next available date without penalty, subject to availability.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session within the stated timeframe. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the retainer.
For outdoor sessions, weather-related rescheduling will be handled with flexibility to ensure the best possible outcome.
